KR-MQ-A棉球机，针对医药行业，替代了传统手工制作棉球，设备一次性完成制作棉球。

KR-MQ-A cotton ball making machine is aimed at pharmaceuticals industry ,instead of traditional methods to making cotton ball, the equipment can finished making cotton ball at one time.

以下特点

克重有客户自行控制；可以制作0.1克---1.2克的棉球（管道模具来决定），每换一次规格，需要更换模具管道，调节离合器滚筒送料长度即可，更换时间只需要20分钟。

The weight of cotton ball can be controlled by the cotroller, the size of cotton ball is 0.1g-1.2g(it controlled by pipe mould), change a size ,change one pipe mould, it can be adjust drum clutch, it only needs 20 minutes.

l 速度高；设备有6条管道生产，每小时可生产12—15公斤棉球。速度有电磁离合器电机控制，任意调节快慢。

l High production speed:The equipment has 6 production pipe,it can produces 12-15kg cotton ball/hour.Production speed can be controlled by electromagnetic clutch ,it can be adjusted the speed by the controller.

l 操作简单；合理的人性化设计，通过原材料(脱脂棉条)购买您需要克重的棉条，通过输料孔进入，切断滚筒，在进入管道模具即可成型，您需要的棉球，操作十分简单，人人都可以操作，无需学习。

l Easy to operation: Reasonable humanized design, cotton sliver is transit from  pipe ,cutting in rattler,the cotton ball is shapeup in pipe. It is very easy to operation.
